Oh Hey Girl will ship all available items within 2 working business days. All items will be shipped using a courier service. Delivery time will be 1 - 3 working days for UK, EU and US orders. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If you have not received this email please contact us immediately.
Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This will enable you to check the progress of your package.
Please note that all packages will require a signature to be received. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on time we will notify you.
We intrust our couriers to deliver your package on time. We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather problems, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges

Refunds and Returns
Oh Hey Girl operates on a no refunds policy. Please contact us directly if you would like to exchange an item or get a credit note. All returns need to be made within 28 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our own expense. If a refund is chosen we will refund shipping costs.
